Four Booklets in the Works

The Recovery Report

What turned up when hundreds of old Einstein discs were imaged: deleted files brought back, a letter from 1985 hidden under a finished game, the protection tricks of the day, and things that were never meant to be seen.

Imaging is under way, with a few hundred discs still to go.

Got old Einstein discs in a loft? Every disc imaged could add something to this one.

Typed In

The Magazine Listings, 1984 to 2003

The programs printed in Einstein User, Einstein Monthly and Einstein Magazine, typed in again, tested and back on disc. The best of them, the people who wrote them, the listings that were printed wrong, and the numbers.

Most of the discs are built. The last issues are being typed in now.

Got an issue we are missing, or spotted a listing we got wrong?

Brand New Software for a Computer from 1984

Software written for the Einstein today: Send in the Clones, 1D Life and whatever comes next, with the people who made them and how they did it.

Just started. This one needs a lot more games.

Written something new for the Einstein? Send it in, and your work could be in the booklet.

Help Finish Them

The quickest way to see a booklet finished is to send something in. Ports, new games, old discs and missing magazines all go straight into the work, and anything that makes it into a booklet is credited.
