Einstein TC-01 V9958/V9938 VDP adapter

A community-built diagnostic EPROM image for testing and repairing the TC01, available to download and burn to a chip, with a full factory disk image coming soon.

Two more TC01 adapters: an Arduino Nano PS/2 keyboard adapter and a TMS Adapter board supporting the TMS9929 chip, both documented in the guides section.
