About

Advertised on the back cover of Tatung Einstein User in 1986 by Screens Microcomputer Distribution of Northwood, Middlesex, who were Tatung's official distributors: a Spectrum games emulator with a cassette interface.

Possibly the Speculator Under Another Name

This may simply be Syntaxsoft's Speculator, sold under Screens' own branding, which was a common enough arrangement. It may also be a separate product. The advertisement does not say, and we have found nothing that settles it.

We are listing it separately rather than assuming, because assuming is how errors get into a record and stay there.

Can You Help?

If you have a Spectrum emulator for the Einstein in Screens packaging, please get in touch, and photographs of the box and the unit would answer the question one way or the other.
