About
A compilation of family-friendly games for the Tatung Einstein computer, offering multiple titles in one pack from Solo Software, designed for casual fun.
The Original Disc
The download is a flux dump of an original Solo Software disc. Side A’s label reads “Fire!!! Para-Shoot, Apocalypse, Headache, Goldminer, Kentucky Derby”, “Load XBAS before loading this disk”, “ISBN 1 85111 404 1” and “For use with Einstein Colour Micro Computer”. Side B carries a blank Solo Software label and was never formatted, so only side A is in the package.
The six games are Xtal BASIC programs, chosen from a menu: Kentucky Derby (“A horse racing game for 1 – 5 gamblers”), Para-shoot, Gold Miner, Apocalypse, Headache and Fire!!!
Running It
XBAS.COM is not on the disc; as the label says, load XBAS first. With XBAS.COM on a disc, boot side A and type XBAS LOADER. Pick a game by number, or E to end.

About this Dump
Dumped on 26 September 2026 with a Greaseweazle V4 and an original Einstein 3″ drive, and checked with the Einstein Disc Tools. Every sector read with a good checksum on the first pass. Nothing has been cleaned up. The disc image the library held before has the same eight files, byte for byte, plus compiled copies of every game and the Xtal BASIC interpreter, compiler and runtime, added by a later owner.
