About
Three business packages advertised by B & H Computers in 1987: BATCH, POST OFFICE at a hundred pounds, and TV RENTAL ACCOUNTS at a hundred and fifty pounds.
Those prices tell the story. These were not consumer products but vertical packages written for particular trades, sold in small numbers to businesses actually running an Einstein in the back office. A sub post office or a television rental shop keeping its accounts on an Einstein in 1987 is a side of the machine almost nothing documents.
No Copy Is Known
None of the three is in this library or any collection we can check. Expensive software sold in tiny quantities is the least likely of all to survive.
Can You Help?
If you ran a business on an Einstein, or you have discs from one that did, please get in touch. We would image them and credit you here, and we are happy to discuss anything commercially sensitive in old customer data before anything is published.
