Softsel

SoftSel Computer Products was a major American software distributor founded in 1980 that grew into one of the largest software wholesalers of the era before later becoming part of Merisel. This archive credits SoftSel with copies of Superwriter, Supersort and the landmark database program dBASE II (1980) reaching the Tatung Einstein - consistent with SoftSel's role as a distributor moving established CP/M-era software titles into new hardware markets rather than as their original developer.
