Hisoft

HiSoft Systems was founded in 1980 by David Link in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, initially producing Pascal and assembler tools for kit-based computers before becoming a major British supplier of compilers and development environments across the 8-bit and 16-bit era, including the well-regarded Devpac assembler suite. This archive credits HiSoft with several of its Tatung Einstein products: the ZBasic compiler, HiSoft Pascal (both as software and its printed manual), the ED80 editor manual, and the utility Write Hand Man - a solid cross-section of the serious development tools HiSoft was known for.
