Elite Systems Ltd was founded in Warwickshire in 1984 by Steve Wilcox and Richard Kay and became known for high-profile licensed conversions across the 8-bit computer market - a separate company from the unrelated space-trading game of the same name. This archive credits Elite Systems with a Tatung Einstein port of Airwolf (1986), one of the studio's well-known arcade licences of the period.
