Access Software was founded in 1982 by brothers Bruce and Roger Carver in Salt Lake City, Utah, and made its name with Beach-Head (1983), an accessible combined-arms war game notable for its striking, cinematic loading and cut-scene graphics. This archive credits Access Software with a Tatung Einstein port of Beach-Head, bringing one of the era's most visually distinctive war games to Tatung's machine.
