About
Flight Path 737 for Tatung Einstein is a flight sim by Anirog. Pilot a Boeing 737 through mountains, dodge hazards, & land safely across six skill levels. One mistake ends it.
The title screen reads “FLIGHT PATH 737, COPYRIGHT (C) 1985 ANIROG SOFTWARE LTD.”, with the credits “Programmed by BRIAN HUMBLE, Designed by VAUGHAN DOW, Music by DAVE DUNN”. The inlay calls it an “Advanced Pilot Trainer”. The six skill levels are First Solo, Stunt Pilot, Part-Time, Experienced, Professional and Test Pilot, and each one raises the mountains, shortens the runway or adds crosswinds and engine fires.
Running It
The original disc loads the game by itself: Tatung’s loading card says “Insert disk and press CONTROL/BREAK, or Reset machine with disk in. Flight Path 737 will then auto-boot.” The file here holds the game as a program, FLIGHT.COM; boot a DOS disc and type FLIGHT.
The keys, from the loading card:
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 / 2 | speed +20 / +10 knots |
| 3 / 4 | speed −10 / −20 knots |
| I / M | up / down |
| J / L | left / right |
The instruction booklet, pictured in the gallery, covers take-off, climb, descent and landing, and what each skill level adds.

About this File
In September 2026 TatungBytes read a disc of this game that came in the original Anirog case. It holds the same program in self-loading form, byte for byte identical to FLIGHT.COM except for a four-byte version stamp, “V001”, which this file has blanked out.
