Our website has now been up and running for over two months, and we’d love to hear your feedback. Are we heading in the right direction? Is there anything you’d like to see added, particularly in relation to the Tatung Einstein TC01 and 256 computers?

We feel we’ve already provided a number of useful tools and resources, created by various guide authors and contributors, to help support the development of new games, software, and hardware ideas—bringing fresh life to these often-neglected machines.

As demonstrated by the eight recently ported games, MSX ROMs can now be converted for the Einstein—something that hasn’t been achieved in nearly 40 years. Has anyone had a go yet? Do the existing guides explain the process clearly enough, or should we expand on them further?

One major update we’d also like to share is that a brand-new original game may be published very soon.

Now it’s time for you to get in touch with us. We’d love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions.

I grew up with early access to the Tatung Einstein thanks to my stepfather’s work at Decca/Tatung. While friends had ZX Spectrums and C64s, our family proudly used a TC01. Years later I rediscovered it—alongside the Tatung 256—and saw the potential these machines still hold. This site is dedicated to keeping the Einstein alive: building tools, sharing knowledge, and inspiring new coders to explore BASIC and beyond.
